After every booking of spares parts for dry cleaners and laundries will always follow our contact and a further confirmation asking your preferred payment method. When the order is confirmed, lead time will be communicated according to availability in stock.

Attention: the requested data are not binding and are not used for shipment.
- Once registration is finished, Officine Meccaniche Parenti and the buyer will receive the registration confirmation mail.
How to make a quotation request or an order:
1 - Go to the page where the valve model you want to order is (also more cumulative models in different pages)
2 - Click on the orange button “YOUR ORDER” to find the summary and to fill in the shipment data (ATTENTION: the order/quotation request has not been confirmed yet and is not binding).
3 - Every price request will be always and in any case followed by a direct contact from the part of Rovel by Officine Meccaniche Parenti for the order acknowledgment, for the quotation in Euro and for the payment method.

Payment (only after our contact followed by official order acknowledgment)
Two solutions:
- Cash on delivery to the courier. In case of consignee absence, the courier will leave a missed delivery notice. After the second missed delivery notice, if the goods are not delivered, they will be stocked in the indicated courier warehouse for 15 days, passed these, the goods will be returned to Rovel by Officine Meccaniche Parenti. If another order is placed, the consignee will be charged for the missed delivery costs.
